Templeton N. Timothy, an attorney at Sequor Law, focuses his practice on international commercial litigation, corruption and proceeds of crime recovery, and international judgment and arbitral award collection.

Prior to joining Sequor Law, Templeton worked at a labor and employment law firm where he reviewed employment policies and counseled employers on preventative measures and best practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reduce the risk of litigation.

Templeton earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, during which he was a Soia Mentschikoff Scholarship recipient and received honors in Litigation Skills & Trial Advocacy. 

He was also a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review.

Additionally, Templeton was an intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Before becoming an attorney, Templeton worked in New York City as a trial preparation assistant at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, Special Victims Bureau.

Templeton graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he double majored in Psychology and Spanish. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
