Greg Grossman, a founding shareholder at Sequor Law, focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, creditors’ rights, restructurings, bank litigation and litigation involving the Uniform Commercial Code.

Regarded by his peers as a subject-matter expert, he routinely delivers presentations on international insolvency matter, creditors’ rights, enforcement of judgments (both domestic and foreign), assorted bankruptcy topics, workouts and secured transactions.

Greg is noted for filing the first Chapter 15 Bankruptcy in the state of Florida when he successfully obtained “foreign main case” recognition of insolvency proceedings for a failed financial institution in Barbados.

His work includes representation of institutional lenders regarding non-performing loans including negotiating and documenting workout agreements and enforcing loan documentation through litigation.

Prior to private practice, Greg clerked for a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Middle District of Florida.
